Leadership @ COTR
Josh and Lisa moved to Canada in 2010 with their family. They have four children, Caleb (12), Eli (9), Malaya (8), and Micah Bradley (5). Since coming on a mission trip in 2007, and quickly recognizing that there were very few churches in Pitt Meadows and the Fraser Valley, they moved their family to begin Church On The Rock in Pitt Meadows. Over the course of the last 6 years they have seen how faithful the Lord is and how He has been moving to open up opportunities for relationships with their neighbors and a great relationship with the community of Pitt Meadows as well.
Josh loves to hunt, fish, teach, and lead others into a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Shaun and Whitney Lynch moved with their family to join the COTR family in September of 2015. After serving as a Pastor in Texas for several years, the Lord really laid on their hearts to plant churches in a place that doesn't have many available. In wanting to be obedient to that call on their lives they began exploring church planting in Canada. After meeting Josh and Lisa at a conference in Texas, hearing the vision of COTR and spending time in B.C. they moved to plant COTR in Albion which began November 1, 2015.
Shaun and Whitney have three children: Jarrett (12), Kynzie (8), and Landon (7). The Lynch family has fallen in love with B.C. with everything from the hiking trails to the weather they love the area and love the fact that the Lord has allowed them to be a part of what He is doing in Canada and a part of the COTR family.

Austin and Ashley Cooper and their family are the newest to join the COTR Family in Metro Vancouver. After serving as a Missions Pastor in Texas, Austin and Ashley knew the Lord was calling them to plant churches in a big city somewhere. After much prayer and spending time in both Texas and visiting Canada with Josh and Lisa, they felt the Lord call them to come join COTR in planting a church in Port Coquitlam, B.C. While they wait on the Lord for His timing in beginning COTR Port Coquitlam, they moved in August 2016 and have begun building relationships with their neighbours in the community where they live while serving alongside COTR in Pitt Meadows and Albion.
Austin and Ashley have two children: Judah and Ezra and love hiking and getting to know Vancouver
